Kim started out as just my trainer who definitely cared about helping me reach my goals to becoming my family, my very best friend and also my business partner.
— Michelle Moody

I had always been “thin”...5'5 usually weighing around 125-130 size 7 but I was never muscular. Then in my thirties, I got pregnant and my weight went up to 185lbs at my heaviest. After my pregnancy, I struggled to get the weight off, as I didn’t really have any knowledge with how to lose weight since I had always been thin. Finally after 2.5 years of being overweight, I decided to do a free boot camp and that is where I met Kim Bazzle and began my journey. After that first free boot camp, I asked her to help me get my weight off. I knew it was going to be hard and a struggle but she promised me she would be by my side the entire way, all I had to do was listen. I don’t know if she realized how serious I was when I said I would do exactly what she asked of me. Click here to read the whole story!

"Give me 30 days!" These were the words Kim Bazzle said to me 2 years ago! At 5'2 220lbs I was in the worst shape of my life! Pre-diabetes and high cholesterol were just a couple of the many aliments I was facing! After 2 long excruciating months of being poorly trained by another trainer, there I was; a mess! No changes! Not one pound! Not one single inch! Nothing! With tears in my eyes and defeat in my heart I was going to quit! Kim sat me down and asked me a few simple questions.... I needed a trainer to give me a sense of accountability, and to point me in the right direction. I didn’t know a thing about all those machines, and I didn’t want to injure my back. At the gym I was introduced to Kim, and she’s been my trainer ever since.

I’m a 46 year-old woman. In the past, I’ve lead a fairly sedentary lifestyle due to sitting at a desk in an office for the last 28 years. I also have severe scoliosis.  At this point in my life, I decided it was time to get in shape. I’ve always been thin and my weight was not an issue. I’ve taken Pilates and Zumba in the past, and while it helped I needed to build muscle.  Lifting a gallon of milk was tough, and would cause me to have back and shoulder pain. A 50lb bag of dog food would kick my ass, and I’d have to get help loading and unloading it.  Pushing a vacuum around would cause me to have back pain for days.

In August of last year (2013), I quit smoking, changed my eating habits, and started working out at the gym. I decided that I needed a trainer to give me a sense of accountability, and to point me in the right direction. I didn’t know a thing about all those machines, and I didn’t want to injure my back. At the gym I was introduced to Kim, and she’s been my trainer ever since.

Today, I don’t give carrying a gallon of milk or a 50lb bag of dog food a second thought. I feel better, my back hurts much less, and I have a lot more energy. I also can do a 5 minute plank.

Kim has been a great advocate both mentally and physically throughout the past few years. Weight loss and muscle building is a constant struggle and she is aggressively helping me to attain my goals and ambitions.

2013 approached with a scream. I was in yet another failing relationship and this one just so happened to be my marriage. I was in miserable spirits, depressed beyond belief and wondering where this path called life was taking me. Pushing 230 pounds and feeling absolutely defeated, I decided to go for a walk. I pulled my large, ugly red headphones over my ears and began listening to Eminem. We all know the vulgarity he raps to and it helped me to get my anger, hurt, and frustrations out mentally.

I began taking these walks more and more frequently. Eventually my attitude towards life started getting a lighter tone and I managed to shed 20 pounds of not only weight but negative emotions and burdens.

With a few months of walking, my body reached a plateau of the ability to lose more weight. Click here to read the whole story...
