Breathe! It’s the start of a new week and new opportunities to reach your goals. Put the past behind you . Focus on the here and now. What is your intent for the rest of the week? How can you make your week flow?
Take a couple of moments throughout the day to just breathe and stretch . You will be amazed on how getting up out of your desk (or work environment) to stretch for 5-10 minutes releases the body/mind of tension. Try it! Let us know how you feel!
